Note: For hygiene reasons, some products (like intimate wear) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Important: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process to get a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following the return policy.
